Comfortable beds made for a decent night's sleep.

The pool was closed, which ruined our plans for the kids. We should have been notified beforehand. I especially disliked the unhelpful staff when I asked for clean linens. they flat-out refused to provide them, even though the towels were stained.

The location was perfect for my event, making it easy to get there on time. The coffee at breakfast was surprisingly delicious, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. However, there was a strong odor lingering in the hallways that detracted from the overall experience, and the pool was unexpectedly closed during my stay. Also, the carpet had some visible stains that could use attention.

the location of holiday inn express was great for our visit to boston, just on the outskirts. the queen room with two queen beds was spacious and clean. breakfast had a nice variety, and we enjoyed the convenience of free parking.

I loved the spaciousness of our room with two queen beds and the awesome pancake maker at breakfast! The warm cinnamon buns were a delightful treat too. I’d definitely return, even with the minor towel issue.
